You can set the terms on which an LLC could be formed, invite others to take part in the demonstration, and have pretend interactions including disputes, transfers, and dissolution. This software has NOT been approved by Vermont counsel, the access provided here will only be TEMPORARY during the demonstration period, and the tool should NOT be used at this time to set up or operate an actual LLC in the State of Vermont or elsewhere.

We reserve the right of access to all of the postings made on this demonstration site, to help us make the next version more responsive to the needs of its users.
